Robert won the Sir Peter Ustinov Television Scriptwriting Award at the International Emmys for his debut script THE FORGE.  He is a Broadcast Hot Shot, an alumnus of the BBC Writers’ Academy, and was named on the Hospital Club 100 / Guardian Culture Professionals Network shortlist. He was also selected for the inaugural Writers’ Campus at Séries Mania where he was mentored by Carlton Cuse (Lost, Jack Ryan).

Robert’s original drama series MIDNIGHT HORROR SHOW was commissioned to script by Channel 4 with Clerkenwell Films. He has also developed several original projects with various production companies including Big Talk Productions, Euston Films, ITV Studios, Noho Film & Television, Lime Pictures and Hartswood Films.

Robert cut his teeth in continuing drama as a core-writer on EASTENDERS and has also written multiple episodes of HOLBY CITY, CASUALTY and DOCTORS. He is currently developing a political thriller series for Various Artists and an international espionage thriller for Frank Doelger (Game of Thrones) at Intaglio Films.
