Congratulations to Andrew Haigh, whose film 45 YEARS has received a Best Actress Oscar nomination for Charlotte Rampling!

Andrew has also received a BAFTA nomination for Outstanding British Film for his third feature, 45 YEARS. The film stars Charlotte Rampling and Tom Courtenay, and has already received multiple nominations and awards since its premiere at Berlinale in 2015 – where the two leads each won a Silver Bear.

 

 

Congratulations also to Debbie Tucker Green, who has been nominated for Outstanding Debut by a British Writer, Director or Producer, for her critically acclaimed film SECOND COMING which she both wrote and directed. Starring Idris Elba and Nadine Marshall.

And more congratulations to Lucinda Coxon, screenwriter of THE DANISH GIRL. The film has gained five nominations – Outstanding British Film, Costume Design and Make Up & Hair, and Leading Actor and Leading Actress nominations for Eddie Redmayne and Alicia Vikander respectively.

 

THE DANISH GIRL is in cinemas now, and SECOND COMING and 45 YEARS are both available on DVD and online.
