Simon Rickerty’s Monkey Nut has been awarded the Roald Dahl Funny Prize for the under 6yrs category. The award is organised by the British literary charity Booktrust, the winner was decided by a panel of judges and over 400 school children.
The sequel to Monkey Nut, Crayon will be out in January 2014.
