At this year’s Theatre Awards UK (formerly the TMA Awards), two clients of The Agency were celebrating. Matthew Warchus’ MATILDA THE MUSICAL picked up both Best Musical Production and Best Performance in a Musical – the latter for Bertie Carvel’s portrayal of Miss Truchbull. Mike Bartlett collected the award for Best New Play, for LOVE LOVE LOVE. Elsewhere in theatre Vivienne Franzmann has been nominated for The Charles Wintour Award for Most Promising Playwright at the Evening Standard Theatre Awards 2011.
