In excellent news, Bone Talk by Candy Gourlay (David Fickling Books) has been longlisted for the 2019 Carnegie Medal, as well as Norse Myths: Tales of Odin, Thor and Loki by Kevin Crossley-Holland, illustrated by Jeffrey Alan Love (Walker Books). Norse Myths is also longlisted for the 2019 Kate Greenaway Medal – one of only two titles overall that are in the running for both Medals – as is The Last Wolf which is written and illustrated by Mini Grey (Jonathan Cape).
