THE IDES OF MARCH, directed by George Clooney with screenplay by Beau Willimon based on his stageplay FARRAGUT NORTH is to open the Venice Film Festival.
The political drama starring Clooney, Ryan Gosling, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Evan Rachel Wood and Marisa Tomei will then have its Gala North American premiere at the Toronto Film Festival.
