Writer-Director Paris Zarcilla received multiple awards at the 2023 NEUCHÂTEL INTERNATIONAL FANTASTIC FILM FESTIVAL.
His film Raging Grace won the following categories:
- Youth Award for Best Feature
- RTS Audience Award
- International Critics Award
Raging Grace will have its UK premiere at this year’s Edinburgh International Film Festival.
The film is about an undocumented Filipina immigrant who starts a new job as a care worker for a terminal old man. But a dark discovery threatens to destroy everything she’s strived for and holds dear.
Raging Grace has been praised for its sharp and well-delivered social commentary. The film also won the Thunderbird Rising Award for Best Debut at this year’s SXSW festival.
