Di and Viv and Rose ran in the Vaudeville Theatre, West End earlier this year, starring Tamzin Outhwaite, Samantha Spiro and Jenna Russell.
Anna trained as an actress at Central School of Speech & Drama before turning her hand to directing. She was an Associate Director at Sheffield Theatres under Michael Grandage and an Associate at the Gate Theatre, London under Thea Sharrock. She lives in London.
Di and Viv and Rose by Amelia Bullmore, starring Anna Maxwell Martin, Gina McKee and Tamzin Outhwaite for Hampstead Theatre Upstairs, and Hedda Gabler in a version by Brian Friel starring Sheridan Smith and Adrian Scarborough for the Old Vic.
