Clive Bradley is creator, lead writer and Executive Producer of CASTLEVANIA: NOCTURNE (Powerhouse/Project 51 Productions for Netflix Animation). Season Two was released in January 2025 to widespread acclaim.
He won a Writers Guild of Great Britain award in 2017 for TRAPPED, created by Baltasar Kormakur, for which he wrote or co-wrote all three seasons.
He helped develop the story and co-wrote several episodes of Season Two of DROPS OF GOD (Dynamic/Apple TV+), now in production, and co-created for television SMILLA’S SENSE OF SNOW (Constantine/ITV), based on the novel by Peter Hoeg.
Currently Clive is developing MANITOU, co-created with Canadian Cree writer Ri Webb (Rezolution Pictures, Montreal), and COLD WAR (Aftershock/Cosmo Giantwheel), a science fiction animation based on the graphic novel by Christopher Sebela.
His previous work for television includes CITY OF VICE (Channel Four); THAT SUMMER DAY (CBBC – Bafta, Best Children’s Drama 2007); A HARLOT’S PROGRESS (Channel Four); THE VICE (ITV); LAST RIGHTS (Channel 4); SINGLE-HANDED (ITV/RTE) and WAKING THE DEAD (BBC). He wrote the original screenplay for W DELTA Z (Vertigo, 2008).
