David is a Yorkshire-born, London-based writer.

He earned a Master’s degree in Playwriting Studies from The University of Birmingham in 2007. To get by in London, he wrote copy for advertising agencies on behalf of some of the world’s largest brands including Sony, Honda, and American Express.

He’s currently developing and pitching several comedy-drama television projects, and alongside his writing partner, Harry Macqueen, he has two optioned projects with the award-winning Red Production Company.
