Harlan is a British screenwriter based in Copenhagen. He has written episodes for both S1 & S2 of the BAFTA-nominated A THOUSAND BLOWS (Disney+), created by Steven Knight and starring Stephen Graham, and TRIGGER POINT, starring Vicky McClure. Harlan has original TV and film projects in development with production companies such as Double Dutch, Route 24 and Big Light Productions. Before entering TV drama, he worked in documentary development.
