Kitty Percy

Writer & Director

An award-winning screenwriter and director with a creative arts background, Kitty Percy writes character-driven drama with a comedy edge, and is known both for her original work and for book adaptations. Her debut feature SHE WILL (Brit List 2018), directed by Charlotte Colbert, featuring Rupert Everett and Malcom McDowell, has just wrapped in Scotland. Her next feature is a collaboration with BAFTA-winning director Kieran Evans. In TV, Kitty’s first episode of SHAKESPEARE AND HATHAWAY aired in February 2020, and she’s working with BBC Studios on a new series. She’s also under commission to write three book-to-TV adaptations for independent production companies.
