Sophie’s original TV series BLOOD, starring Adrian Dunbar, transmitted on Virgin Media One in Ireland, Channel 5 in the UK and Acorn in the US. Sophie wrote and was executive producer across both Series 1 and 2 and won a WGGB Award.

Sophie was selected as a One to Watch at Edinburgh International Television Festival 2014. She was one of 2013’s Broadcast Hotshots and was the recipient of the Peter Ustinov Scriptwriting Prize in 2012 (original television script SANCTIONED), which was presented to her at the International Emmy World Television Festival in New York. Sophie was a BBC Production Trainee for 18 months from 2011. In 2010, Sophie was joint winner of the BBC Writers’ Room All Mixed Up sitcom competition with THE GOD COMMITTEE. She is currently developing her own projects with West Road, Drama Republic, ITV, Mam Tor, and Quay Street.
