Tessa Hoffe is an Emmy nominated Director, originally from New Zealand and based in the UK. Tessa most recently directed the final block of new series FIGHTLAND for Expanded Media/Starz/Sky and a block GANGS OF LONDON S3 for Pulse/Sky, including a standout bottleneck episode. She also directed the BBC hit mini-series Crossfire, starring Keeley Hawes and in the acclaimed, award winning series KIN starring Ciaran Hinds. Aidan Gillen and Charlie Cox.
Other notable credits include Emmy nominated Youth and Consequences and cult hit Wayne, exec produced by Deadpool writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick and created by Shawn Simmons. She was also nominated for an Emmy for her work on sports YA drama ZERO CHILL for Netflix. Tessa is BAFTA nominated for BBC drama Rockets Island and has extensive experience with directing over 150 episodes of award-winning British serial drama.
Her short films, Spinosaurus and Majority have won a slew of international awards on the festival circuit and she has further projects in development.
