Will Sinclair is one of the few television directors to work extensively across both drama and comedy.

Most recently, he directed all four seasons of the award-winning BBC comedy Here We Go, starring Alison Steadman, Jim Howick and Katherine Parkinson, and serves as Executive Producer on the series. During his time on the show, Here We Go won the Broadcast Award for Best Comedy Programme, while Katherine Parkinson received the BAFTA for Best Actress in a Comedy for her performance.

He is currently lead director on the forthcoming relationship drama Adultery, written by Danny Brocklehurst.

Previous credits include directing all six episodes of the BAFTA and RTS-nominated comedy Bloods for Roughcut/Sky, alongside Grace (Tall Story/ITV), opening the second series of Poldark for Mammoth Screen/BBC, launching the third series of Misfits for Clerkenwell Films/Channel 4, and directing the complete series of Freddy Syborn’s Bounty Hunters for Tiger Aspect/Sky.

His short film Tell It to the Fishes, starring Dylan Moran, was selected for a number of international film festivals.

Today, Will primarily works as a lead director, launching new television series across both drama and comedy.
