RADIANT VERMIN, directed by David Mercatali, opens in Bristol

Theatre

After a smash-hit, sell-out run at the Soho Theatre last year, Metal Rabbit Productions and Supporting Wall are reviving David Mercatali’s production of RADIANT VERMIN, by Philip Ridley. Mercatali has previously directed a number of Ridley’s plays, including last year’s TONIGHT WITH DONNY STIXX and the Fringe First-winning DARK VANILLA JUNGLE.

RADIANT VERMIN will open at the Bristol Tobacco Factory tonight, before heading back to the Soho Theatre for a spell and flying out to New York for a month of performances at 59E59 Theater. Later in the year David will return to the Tobacco Factory to direct a new production of Caryl Churchill’s BLUE HEART.

Tickets for each theatre are available here:
May 12th – 15th at Bristol Tobacco Factory
May 17th – 28th at Soho Theatre, London
June 2nd – July 3rd at 59E59 Theater, New York City

David’s other work this year will include the new play CARGO, by Tess Berry-Hart, which opens at the Arcola Theatre on July 6th before heading out on a UK Tour. More info and tickets can be found here.

On September 22nd David will open BLUE HEART by Caryl Churchill at the Tobacco Factory in Bristol. It’ll transfer to the Orange Tree Theatre on October 13th. Tickets here and here.
