All at The Agency are delighted to see the news in the ο»Ώηε©ε£« w-uk-original-period-drama-series-a-thousand-blows-from-peaky-blinders-creator-steven-knight-starring-stephen-graham-%f0%9f%a5%8a/”>trade press that Water Power Productions, Matriarch Productions and The Story Collective‘s new series A THOUSAND BLOWS (working title) is set to land on Disney +/Hulu.
Fantastic TALL clients Ameir Brown and Insook Chappell will be joining PEAKY BLINDERS legend Steven Knight in the writing team for this thrilling new series based on a true story set within the criminal underbelly of 1880s London.
Ameir and Insook join a quality team as it has also been announced that the brilliant Stephen Graham will be joining the cast and that historian Professor David Olusoga will act as Historical Advisor and Executive Producer on the series. Tinge Krishnan will be behind the camera, Lead Directing and Executive Producing across the series.
Producers include Hannah Walters for Matriarch Productions, Damian Keogh and Kate Lewis for The Story Collective, and Tom Miller and Sam Myer for Water & Power Productions, and Lee Mason for Disney+.
