Hachette Children’s Group have acquired world rights to the SOCIETY OF FREE SPIRITS, a three-book YA series by debut author Felicity Epps.
The series will begin with A GRAVE INHERITANCE (publishing Autumn 2025) in which a young woman, following mysterious deaths in her family, inherits a fortune along with haunting visions of her deceased sister.
As announced in trade press BookBrunch and The Bookseller, Editor at Hachette Jadene Squires, said “”Felicity has such a strong and witty narrative voice, I found myself immersed in her story from the first page-and I thought about it long afterwards. Combining ghostly occurrences, a classic detective-style murder mystery, a trio of underestimated women and even a love triangle, A Grave Inheritance is the perfect escape.”
