Jessica is dual-qualified as a Solicitor and a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney at The Agency. She began her career in private practice, developing extensive contentious and non-contentious IP experience before moving in-house. She has served as IP Counsel at Endemol Shine Group, advising international teams on intellectual property and licensing matters, and as Legal Counsel at Banijay and Technicolor, where she supported distribution, acquisitions, and production/live-action teams and gained broad commercial contracts experience across film, television, and media.
