Awards

Well done to Roy Clarke who was given the British Comedy Academy Lifetime Achievement Award. Roy penned many of the nation’s favourite comedy shows including OPEN ALL HOURS, KEEPING UP APPEARANCES and most recently LAST OF THE SUMMER WINE, which ended its run recently after 37 years. It is the longest running sit-com ever and all 295 episodes were written by Roy.
