Emily began her career in theatre, working in casting and development at the Donmar Warehouse. She then joined the film department of literary agency PFD before moving to The Agency, becoming a fully-fledged agent in 2011. She represents a diverse list of writers and writer/directors across stage and screen, alongside the dramatic rights for a variety of fiction and non-fiction authors.
