Congratulations to Ameir Brown for TIVOLI, Matt Barry for THE GENDER GAMES and Amy Guyler for THE JUDE PROBLEM which all made the Brit List 2020.
The Brit List is a showcase of exceptional writing, wherein the UK Film & TV companies are invited to recommend the best scripts they have seen in the past year. If a script receives a minimum number of recommendations it will be featured. Previous nominees include Academy Award winners such as THE FAVOURITE, THE KING’S SPEECH, THE DANISH GIRL and SELMA.
Out of a staggering 246 script titles put forward, Ameir, Matt and Amy’s scripts were chosen to be part of the final 14 scipts.
Amier’s script TIVOLI picked up 8 recommendations.
Matt’s script THE GENDERS picked up 9 recommendations
Amy’s script THE JUDE PROBLEM picked up the most recommendations out of any script with an extraordinary 12 nominations.
