Long running British soap-opera was awarded Best Serial Drama at this year’s National Television Awards which took place at the O2 Arena in London.
With comedian Joel Dommett acting as host, Sarah Lancashire from Happy Valley took away the Best Drama award for Happy Valley.
Happy Valley is written and created The Agency client Sally Wainwright.
BBC’s Eastenders was also awarded Best Serial Drama. Eastenders was also awarded Best British Soap at the British Soap Awards earlier this year.
Aside from Best Serial Drama, EastEnders also won the in the Serial Drama Performance and Rising Star categories.
