The Agency is sad to announce the death of our friend and colleague, Norman North. Norman died in August after a short illness. He was a much loved and respected agent. He retired in 2021 having made a major contribution to his clients’ welfare and, through his work with the PMA, the entire industry. He will be hugely missed by his family, recent colleagues and the industry at large.
