Anjli is a writer and actress.

She won a place on the Royal Court Writers Programme in 2016 and is currently in development with Urban Myth Films on THE GODDAUGHTER, a television adaption of BBC Presenter Anita Anand’s biography of Princess Sophia Duleep Singh. Anjli is also in early development on a feature film with Gingerbread Pictures/The Development Partnership.

Anjli first started gaining traction as a writer when the Radio Times featured her lockdown-produced short PEOPLE UNDER THE MOON, about a junior doctor who starts using a video dating app on the eve of the first lockdown starring ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’s’ Gwilym Lee.
